Privacy Policy

Confidentiality is not a legal formality here — it is a working condition of the practice itself. This policy describes, in plain language, what information is collected and how it is treated.

What is collected

When you contact the practice or book a session, you provide your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share about your situation. The website itself collects only the minimal technical data required to function; no advertising trackers are used.

How it is used

Your information is used solely to respond to you, schedule and conduct sessions, and — if you subscribe — send the monthly reflection. It is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for any purpose you have not agreed to. Session content is treated as confidential, with the standard exceptions of imminent risk of harm or legal obligation.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to the practice. Newsletter emails contain an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
