David Hawkins
David R. Hawkins proposed a scale of consciousness — from shame and fear through courage and love toward peace and enlightenment — as a practical map of inner states. The map is influential, empirically contested, and still useful when held as a heuristic rather than a meter of souls.

We use the scale as a reflective metaphor, not as scientific proof or a way to grade others. Claims about muscle-testing and absolute calibration are not treated as settled fact. Discernment, kindness, and ordinary psychology remain primary.
